Gifted PR products featured + ad affiliate links - You should have seen my face when I opened up the Charlotte Tilbury Glowgasm Face Palettes and online here, in true Charlotte Tilbury style, she has absolutely smashed the game when it comes to multi-tasking, summer face palettes and boy, do I love anything that promises a Summer glow and something that multi-tasks, double whammy. Open up for a review of Charlotte Tilbury’s Glowgasm palettes, including the Lovegasm and Lightgasm face palettes... I was also recently in Heathrow airport and noticed they've opened a Charlotte Tilbury section inside terminal 5 which honestly gave me excited make up goosebumps when I walked past it haha so make sure you head there if you are going through anytime soon (I know I'm a little late to the game with this palette but couldn't resist reviewing these palettes as I love reviewing Charlotte Tilbury products haha).
Charlotte Tilbury Lovegasm Face Palette - In true Charlotte Tilbury style, the Lovegasm face palette honestly blew me away, I opened it and gasped. Have you ever seen something more beautiful?Charlotte Tilbury’s Glowgasm palettes (it comes in two shades) is a 4 shade palette with bronzer, blush and highlighter so it’s perfect for throwing in your bag or for any travels as you’ve got everything you need in one palette. Charlotte calls her Glowgasm palette a magical joy filter, giving a rush of glow to illuminate your skin from every angle. Something I’ve always loved about Charlotte Tilbury products is just how dewy and flawless they make the skin look and this is definitely the product for that. If people ask me for recommendations of make up brands for a flawless finish, I always recommend Charlotte Tilbury.
The Glowgasm palette is designed to be complexion enhancing with it’s highlight, glow, blush and bronze all in one, you can actually use this anywhere, whether its on your cheek bones, eye lids for some extra high light or on the nose. I'd say this gives such a gorgeous, gentle glow and I love it for a nice summer shimmer on the eye lids.
I’m sure you can tell just from looking at photos that this is incredibly pearly, and the palette has pearl pigments inside it to give your skin a lit-from-within glow and a rainbow effect finish. It also has a brightening glow gel to provide glowing translucency that stretches over the skin and works with the light. Lastly, it has smoothing polymers to give a soft-focus, flawless finish. It wouldn’t be a Charlotte Tilbury product without some science inside it would it?
At £60, its definitely one of Charlotte’s (and the industrys) more premium palettes but judging by my expression when I opened it, I was absolutely wowed. I’ve never seen a more stunning palette and it’s a multi-tasker too which means it's higher up on my love list. It's big, it's a multi-tasker and you can up the intensity by wetting your brush. Charlotte Tilbury Lightgasm Face Palette - If you’re after a lighter version, go for this one. Charlotte Tilbury's Glowgasm palette also comes in shade Lightgasm, a slightly lighter variation of the Glowgasm palette. Online here and here.
I personally prefer the Lovegasm as I like to have orange and coral tones as my skin has a yellow undertone and I also like to fake tan (you can find out about my top fake tans if you haven't already read that too, my fellow tanners). I have read some people saying they still prefer the intensity of Charlotte Tilbury’s Film Star Bronze and Glow but I’d say Charlotte Tilbury’s Glowgasm palettes are perfect if you’re after a gorgeous, natural glow for Summer.
Inside the Glowgasm palettes:
LIGHT IT: a soft champagne to highlight and illuminate your features.
GLOW IT: layer your level of illuminating glow.
POP IT: a youthful rosy blush to illuminate your skin - I love the colour of the blush inside the Lovegasm palette, it reminds me of Nars Orgasm to be honest, with the gorgeous coral sheen.
BRONZE IT: a neutral cocoa to tone, sculpt and define contours - I personally find this works well on the eyelids for a bronzed look but also, great on the nose too for contouring.
Charlotte recommends using these products as below:
Use the BRONZE IT shade to contour your cheekbones and create a sun-kissed glow.
Apply POP IT to the apples of your cheeks for a youthful rosy blush.
Brush LIGHT IT along your cheekbones, cupid’s bow, over the eyelids and on the inner corner of your eye to highlight and illuminate.
Apply GLOW IT to layer your level of illuminating glow.
To intensify the glow, wet your brush before applying!

To conclude:
These palettes are stunning and honestly, magical to look at. I love the Summer tones of the Lovegasm palette and love that it's a multi-tasker. As mentioned, the intensity can be changed by wetting your brush, but if you are after a soft, dewy and flawless finish, this is a great multi-tasking palette and I personally love using it on my nose and on my eyelids too.
