I love any excuse to go shopping and Boots hauls are my absolute favourites. Since I started blogging, I've done countless Boots hauls, just because, well, why not. Who doesn't love filling their basket with all the best new beauty buys? Todays theme is smooth and glowy. I'm totally in the mood to fake that Summer glow and pamper myself more than ever. I was challenged by Wilkinson Sword to do an all-black-Boots-haul to celebrate their gorgeous new packaging (more on that soon!) but I thought I'd do this with a twist, and grab some products to get me smooth and glowing for Summer. Let's discuss. PS. These are possibly my favourite picks yet.

London Fashion Week Refueling, Gigi Hadid x Tommy Hilfliger, W Hotel London Review
Fashion week is always manic, but enjoyable nonetheless. This year, I actually fell really ill on day one, meaning the lounge I was at all weekend came in handy, as was bed. It was a blessing in disguise that I had a lovely hotel room at the W London this year based right in the centre of all the action: Soho. The hotel came complete with an amazing complimentary refuel lounge to relax in, pamper in and refuel in between the manic-ness of the weekend too. I started the week in the North of England though, as we collected a car to drive down to fashion week with (you may remember this if you've seen my weekly vlog from last week). Let's talk about the make up, the lounges, the food and a few outfits from this weeks fashion week. Oh and a look into one of my favourite London hotels ever, the W Hotel, Leicester Square.
Easy, Healthy, 3 Ingredient Vegan Dairy Free Pancakes Recipe

Hello hello hello! If you didn't already know, I love making pancakes. I pretty much live on them. I personally don't think we need pancake day as an excuse to eat pancakes, but with it being so close, I thought I'd share my current favourite pancake recipe. These pancakes are vegan and dairy free too. I don't think pancakes are unhealthy, these ones certainly aren't anyway. Whether you're having them for breakfast, brunch or dessert, I hope you enjoy these as much as I do, these are so easy to make too, there's really no excuse plus, they're entirely guilt free!

An Honest Chat About Health, Fitness And How To Get Back On Track With Health & Fitness
We're not even half way though the year yet, but for some reason, I find, February to be quite a slump, fitness and health wise. As soon as Christmas is over, we're all keen to get on the health bandwagon, but I feel like as soon as February comes, we hit that slump again. For me, eating well and working out hasn't been as straight forward as it usually is. I pride myself on being Mrs motivated, getting up, shaking it all on that spin bike and keeping my food balance on point. My routine is what ensures I stick to my workouts but this year so far, my routine is here, there and everywhere, making it difficult to stick to a regime. 2017 has been difficult for many reasons, starting with a number of devastating family issues (read more about that here as I've finally opened up a little) which means I've been emotionally exhausted and therefore, haven't been able to work out as much as I'd have liked to. Secondly, I somehow injured my leg in December and it took around 10 weeks to get better. Every time I did anything physical it went, again. I'm the girl who never takes a day off and certainly doesn't go a week without exercising so for me, this was torture. Once I got better, I had the worst rib and chest pain for a few weeks, unable to bend over and now, I have a kidney infection. It seems to me like it's one thing after another at the moment and I'm almost certain it's down to this emotional stress, but I refuse to let this stop me from being strong and healthy. I wrote a blog post about how to juggle everything and you know what, it is doable, but trust me, you've got to put your health first. You might be the size you've always dreamt of but if you're not healthy on the inside, does it even count? No, no it does not. Read on...

Little Things That Make Me Feel Confident
Top
Body confidence is something I talk about a lot and feeling confident is something I struggled with for a long time. I wouldn't eat infront of anyone, I struggled walking past people in the school corridors, hated walking into lectures alone and more. Today, I've delivered talks to hundreds of students, pitched myself infront of Dragon's Den Style investors and meet new people daily (and enjoy it!!!) I do feel like confidence is something that develops as you grow up and with life experience, but here are few little things I do that really make me feel my best and super confident. There's nothing like happy, confidence boosting endorphins. If you read my recent blog post about why it's important to love yourself first, you'll know I said how important it is to realise that being confident/happy in yourself doesn't mean you are arrogant, it's great to feel confident in our own skin, bodies and minds. Why Is It Important To Love Yourself? Never Let Anyone Make You Feel Less Than Amazing

The Hoxton Hotel, Shoreditch / Bralet / hair by Sassoon |
I'll forgive you if you clicked on this post and instantly Justin Bieber came to mind 'you should go and love yourself', love or hate Justin, he has a point. Valentines day, is a day you either love, hate or ignore. If you read my recent top date night beauty products post, you'll know I choose to embrace the idea of love. Call it consumerism, call it me falling for marketing strategies, I don't care, give me any excuse to spread a little love and show a little love and I'm there. I genuinely do feel all gooey inside when I see cute Valentines notes and gestures. It's the little things that count and hey, if one day a year we can all be soppy, then so be it. Today though, I wanted to touch on a different topic, actually inspired by one of my best friends, who has no Valentine (total lie, because she has me but anyway, more on that later). It's inspired me to talk about the power and importance of loving yourself and why you should never let anyone make you feel less than 100%. Let's chat.

A Serious Heart To Heart. Life At The Moment.
In 2016 I wrote ablog post about the importance of giving back, anytime at all, but particularly at Christmas. Giving back isn’t something that has to be done during the festive period alone though, giving back doesn’t just mean giving all your time and money to something either. Giving back can be done by smiling at someone on the street, taking your time out to talk to someone who might just need a little bit of support, or raising awareness for something serious. We all have a voice. I’m approached on a weekly basis by charities and I really wish I could help them all. However, I was once that girl who’d walk past charities in the street because I didn’t have any spare change or the time to talk. That doesn't make me a bad person, I just had other things on my mind and recognise that even if we wanted to, we cannot support every single charity. It’s not until recently, I’ve realised just how much raising awareness and raising money can help in so many ways. My life has changed recently and sadly, may not be the same for a long time. Let's talk.

Valentines Gift Ideas For Him And Her - What To Do On Valentines Day
Valentines day is just around the corner, and there are definitely lots of different opinions on the day. For me, it's a day I've always loved, single or taken. I just love embracing well, love. I'm probably the soppiest person you will ever meet. I know it's deemed a 'fake holiday' and many people think it's only there to trick consumers into spending money, well call me a fool then because I fall for it every single time and I see no harm in doing so! I think one of my main reasons for loving Valentines day and February in general, is because it feels like Spring is really around the corner. So see this as a little gift guide, to treat yourself (totally guilty of showering myself in gifts during the Valentines day period), your friends (I always make my bestie a little Valentines day hamper), your family or your boyfriend/girlfriend. I guess as well as gifts, there are little gestures you can do to spread a little bit of love! I completely understand, if we love someone we should show them all the time, but Valentines day is a really nice excuse too. Open this up for a Valentines gift guide for him and her, as well as treats for yourself and ideas of what to do this Valentines day too.

The Best Healthy Snacks
If you've read any of my health and fitness posts (I've done a lot of them recently!) you'll know that I'm obsessed with the 80/20 rule, that means, eating well 80% of the time and allowing myself to stray 20% of the time. It means I don't deprive myself and therefore, don't binge. Snacking, is also important, but, snacking on the right things. If you snack on the right things, you'll stay fuller for longer and it really satisfies your cravings. I get a lot of questions about weight loss (obviously, I'm not an expert) but I do think, living by the 80/20 rule enables me to completely enjoy life, enjoy my food, never deprive myself but also, I feel happy with my body too. A mixture of eating well and working out really does work. A lot of people have asked me to do a video on YouTube (something I'm focusing on this year!) about my favourite snacks, so do not fear, that is coming up! But for now, today, I wanted to talk you through some of my favourite healthy snacks.

Exploring Tower Bridge, London - Date Weekend
There's nothing I love more than spending a day in London. Recently, I've found myself splitting more and more of my time between Leeds and London. If I'm honest, I'm getting used to living out of a suitcase. Most of the time when I'm in London, I'm in exciting, but back to back meetings (I'm definitely not moaning, but sometimes, it's nice to just spend a day at home!). When Matt headed to visit this weekend for a cute weekend I couldn't resist seeing some of the sights. One of my favourite areas, and areas I rarely explore is Tower Bridge. It was perfect then that I was invited to a little Winter Wonderland with Swiss International Air Lines last weekend. Come join along. I hope you love these images as much as I do.
