Advertorial post - I've spoken about body composition many times over the last few years, for me, it's such a good way to move away from the sad step, the traditional scale and realise that a scale should be about so much more than one number: 'weight'. It's just not about that number, weight doesn't define someone. I first used a body composition scale at the gym, it was a way for my personal trainer to look into my health / body a little deeper so she could put a plan together for me. I was blown away, I didn't start using it to look at my weight, actually, quite the opposite, I found it SO useful because I realised health is about SO much more than a number on a scale and couldn't believe the different metrics. Now though, you don't need to go to a gym to get your body composition readings, you can use the FitTrack machine at home so today I thought I would review the FitTrack!
