When I see the sunshine creeping in, I instantly get excited for my make up bag. Anyone who knows me knows I adore glowing, bronzed beauty. If you’ve read any of my recent blog posts about the top highlighters and top glowing beauty products, you’ll know I’m invested in anything that’s gonna make my skin glow like a goddess. Think what you wish about Kim Kardashian, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: her make up look is perfect. I love how dewy, flawless and glowing her make up is and I’m always trying to achieve a similar look to Kim. On todays blog post, let’s look at the top golden beauty products (oh and if like me, you want to recreate a Kim Kardashian make up look) these might just be the products for you. Whether it’s Kim Kardashian or just a glowing, bronzed goodness, this blog post is for you.
Iconic London Mist - Iconic London’s face mist is exceptional when it comes to glowing skin. Spritz it on before your make up for an all over glow or spritz it on after your make up for the dewiest look ever. This comes in a few different shades but I love the darkest colour for an ultra bronzed look. You can use this water on your décolletage and legs too for a bronzed goddess look on your limbs. Sign me up all summer long please.
Elizabeth Arden - Dare To Bare Body Bronzing Oil - Elizabeth Arden are known for their skincare but their make up is epic too. On the topic of bronzing, I need to mention their Dare to Bare body bronzing oil. Pop this on your limbs for the loveliest, all over shimmer and glow. It instantly makes me feel confident and glowing. Not photographed but Sol De Janerio do an amazing new one called Copacabana glow and it's definitely in my suitcase as we speak.
Bobbi Brown All Over Glow - I couldn’t believe it when I used Bobbi Brown’s All Over Glow, the colour was made for me. Bobbi Brown have quickly become my ultimate brand for over the last few years and their products just get better and better. I think this is the perfect multi-talker, whether you use it on your legs, décolletage, lips or cheekbones. The colour is perfect for that golden, dewy look and it feels so soft on my skin too.
Guerlain Terracotta Bronzer - I’ve always bought Guerlain bronzers and don’t intend to stop anytime soon (if you watched my make up decluttering video you'll know just how obsessed I am with these). Look how well used this one is. Oops. For me, the Guerlain Terracotta range is the creme de la creme when it comes to bronzing. I absolutely love how their bronzers are mixed with a peachy colour, it gives my skin and instant warmth and glow all over. On the topic of Guerlain, if you read my top fake tanning products, you’ll know that I also swear by their Terracotta body oil for a golden glow too. I just have so much love for Guerlain. If you want to be bronzed: you need their Terracotta range.
Highlight Drops - I mention Cover FX’s custom highlight drops all the time, they truly are the best to add to anything for a glow. Today though, a few newbies. Firstly, Nip + Fab Liquid Gold, this comes in so many different colours and truly, it’s incredible. I absolutely adore Nip + Fab and have been buying their skincare products since the start, I was so excited when they moved into make up as I’ve sworn by their skincare for a long time. This liquid gold is perfect, just add a drop to your foundation for an all over glow or use it for the best highlight, ever. You’ll be glowing like Kim Kardashian with this highlighter. For an affordable option, L’Oreal Glow Mon Amour is brilliant, I’d say it is a little more glittery but you can get a few different shades. Whether you want it to be super golden or, more of a brown bronzed look, they have so many shades. L’Oreal’s new bronzed range is just exceptional and, affordable too. I do love a good higstreet find.
L’Oreal Bonjour Sunshine Tanned Skin Embellisher - I cannot get enough of L’Oreal’s new range. Their Bonjour Sunshine is the most perfect skin tint. This is an instant 'get up and glow' product. Wear it alone or wear it as an underbase for the best, flawless golden glow, ever. I feel like this will sell out for summer. It glows through your make up. I reviewed the whole L'Oreal Glow range.
Nuxe Multi-Purpose Nourishing Oil For Face, Body and Hair - Whilst this isn’t strictly speaking a ‘golden’ product, this is something that instantly makes the skin glow. I always pack Nuxe oil when I’m going away as it’s a great multi-tasker. It’s one of those products I’ve been using for years and probably won't ever stop using. I use this on my face, hair and body and it makes my skin feel soft, firm and gives me a radiant glow. It’s great to put on after fake tan too to enhance your tan and keep it glowing for longer, or, with a natural tan to stop it fading so quickly. P.S.
