Healthier Chocolate Truffles Recipe

I've had so much good feedback about my healthy recipe posts so today I thought I'd write up a new one, one I've been enjoying so much. We all know how much I love sweet treats but also, how much I like 'healthier' sweet treats, this is a really easy, healthier chocolate truffle recipe and I hope you'll enjoy it!

Ingredients:

- Half a large bar of dark chocolate (I use 70%+) 
- 2 tablespoons of raw cacao
- 1 tablespoon of honey (I love and swear by Manuka honey) 
- 2 tablespoons of almond milk - can use coconut milk, I use Vita Coco Coconut Milk, it makes them taste so creamy 
- Add chia seeds for extra goodness

Method:

- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave 
- Stir in the raw cacao, honey and almond milk
- Once the mixture is firm, roll in to 8 balls and dust with cacoa powder and enjoy
