Healthy, Refined Sugar Free, Three Ingredient Easy Banana Bread Recipe

Hey guys, hope you are so well today. If you follow me on Instagram (@emshelx) you may recognise this recipe over on my Insta stories. As much as I adore fashion, beauty, travel, fitness I also adore healthy baking. Healthy baking fits in nicely with my fitness routine/schedule and means I'm snacking on naughty tasting things minus all the sugar. I love sweet treats and don't believe in deprivation so do still eat them but it's nice to have tasty, sweet recipes without all the hidden sugar. We all lead busy lives and I'm really not someone who likes spending hours making complicated recipes, I prefer a quick 'boom-boom-bang' and then my recipe is done. I have had so many requests to share my healthy, refined sugar free, super easy banana bread recipe with you so I do hope you'll enjoy. You can make this into banana muffins, banana cupcakes or whatever you fancy. If you make it, do tag me on Instagram so I can see it!

You will need:
- 2 x ripe bananas mashed with a fork (the riper the better, this recipe doesn't taste great if the bananas aren't ripe enough)

- 2 x large cups of oats stirred in to the banana

- Almond milk (add enough almond milk to nicely cover the mixture )

- Optional: Honey, chia seeds, blueberries

Without the honey this banana bread is vegan friendly too :)

Method:

Mash the bananas with a fork and then stir your oats in

Add enough almond milk to nicely cover the mixture

Stir all ingredients together (here you can add a small spoon of honey if you want them extra sweet, chia seeds or also blueberries as they burst and go delicious in the oven, or if you want you could add chocolate drops but then it wont be refined sugar free)

Place the mixture in a small loaf tin lined (you can buy a loaf tin here for £2.50 and a bigger one here) with oiled baking parchment and bake in an oven (160 degrees) for around 35 mins or until it looks nice and brown on top

Remove from oven and take it out of the tin

Pull down the sides of the baking parchment and slice the loaf and eat it hot or cold (if there is any left by the time it has cooled)
