Favourite Top Ab Moves For A Toned Stomach Plus Exciting News!


Hello hello! Today I have some exciting news. As most of you know, I adore fitness and well-being. Eating well and moving more is my favourite thing. I love nourishing my body and watching it grow, stronger. I was once told that it's a mind over matter thing with exercise, our bodies can do amazing things but our mind puts in a mental block sometimes. I've always loved exercise and have worked out since I was young, from athletics, to gymnastics, to swimming, I really have tried my hand at them all. When I turned 16, I got my first gym membership and fell in love with the adrenaline of running. I know so many people don't like gyms or don't like exercise which is why I try to write lots of fitness motivation posts, showing you how to fall in love with exercise and how to make it part of your lifestyle. One of the things I'm asked most is what I actually do at the gym/to work out. I am so happy to announce that over the next few months I'll be partnering with the beautiful sports brand, Pink Soda Sports which is exclusive to JD Sports, to bring you some fitness videos and posts, revealing everything I do at the gym and at home to work out. I am so excited to finally have the time to do some more fitness stuff for you guys and I hope you'll enjoy working out with me eek! 


Todays video is my favourite ab moves which you can watch here. I absolutely love doing ab work outs and try to do these moves at the end of every cardio session. Ab moves don't have to be complicated, I actually hate complicated fitness moves because my brain hates things require need good hand-eye-co-ordination, instead, I've just shown you the best ab moves I genuinely do at the gym/at home. The best thing about partnering with JD Sports on this is that I'm able to just be myself and use my platforms to show you guys exactly what I do when I'm working out. As I always say, I'm not a personal trainer, I never say it's right, I am just a young girl who has a passion for fitness and wants to share that and this really is what works for me so I really hope you'll enjoy these videos and be able to add them into your work out routine! This is what works for me!





This particular kit on this video is honestly my favourite. If you've read any of my fitness blog posts (you can read them all here), you'll know that in my recent top tips to motivate yourself to work out post, I said how important new gym kit is to me. For some reason, if I'm wearing new gym kit I always feel motivated and ready to work out harder than every before! It really helps me get to the gym in the first place which is usually the hardest part. Lucky for you though, all of these videos can be done anywhere, whether that's in the gym, on your bedroom floor or whilst you're watching TV!
