The name might sound odd, but I like to just think of it as an ice facial but without the messy ice cubes. Most people are talking about LED masks and the great thing about the Shark Cryoglow mask is it also does LED too so you get everything in one.

It gives really professional level results and if you are a regular user of face masks like me, it's actually value for money because you can use it over and over again.

How should I use a Cryo Mask?
📅 When to use it: Morning is best to de-puff, but before events or after workouts is good too.
🧼 Prep: Always cleanse your skin first.
❄️ Chill: Keep reusable or gel masks in the fridge or freezer (check instructions).
⏱️ Time: 5–15 mins is ideal. Don't leave on too long or your skin may get sensitive.
