Every week I seem to fall in love with something new, I haven't done any monthly favourite posts for a while so I thought now was the time to finally do one, I've had a few months off from these posts so I really have condensed this down to some of the things that I'm hearting the most at the moment. I've started to do regular 'What's In My Make Up Bag' posts in which I tell you all about my favourite beauty products of the month but this one gives me the chance to talk to you about my favourite accessories, candles and more. Some of the items in question have been in my life for quite some time now so it really does prove that they're epic products...
Candles - Oh candles, every girl loves a candle right? Yep me too. I'd love to say that this has ever been lit but unfortunately not, this Voluza Creme De Peche Candle takes pride of place on my desk purely for the smell alone and has done ever since my North Meet Up event. It's scented with white peach, ripe nectarines and cream vanilla bean which as you can imagine just smells luscious. Not to mention how beautiful the container is. I think I may have to purchase some more Voluza stuff for Christmas presents as this is probably the best candle that I've ever smelt.
Daniel Wellington Watch - I felt like the luckiest girl in the world when I was kindly sent a Daniel Wellington watch to style. If you've missed out on seeing me wear it, it features quite frequently on my Greece blog post. This watch is what I've always been looking for, it's timeless and elegant. My Grandad is very jealous and wants one for himself. I might just have to share it with him.
Molton Brown Black Peppercorn Bodywash - This is one for the boys (or you if you like the smell of peppercorn) I love peppercorn, it smells delicious and I'm going to make sure that Jack is drenched in this by the time that Christmas comes. It's perfect. I am absolutely obsessed with Molton Brown's Christmas range, more information about that will be coming shortly. It's too beautiful.
Aromatherapy Associates - I've had this for months now and it still remains one of my favourite products. I don't use it at Uni because it's too special, it sits perfectly in my bathroom at home (I never want this to run out). I did a full review of Aromatherapy Associates products here if you want to find out more about them. This particular product, their de-stress mind oil leaves me smelling incredible but also, it makes my body feel silky smooth. I enjoy using this in the bath just before bed. I can't wait to get home for Christmas so that I can have weekly pamper sessions using Aromatherapy Associates' to die for products.
Nails Inc London - I really am crushing on Nails Inc this month. My family tend to treat me to Nails Inc polishes every year for Christmas (eek exciting) so I've got a beautiful collection. recently I got my hands on a few more thanks to Nails Inc (my collection is expanding). I am absolutely loving their new Autumn shades but I think my favourite new colour has to be their St James Gel Effect Polish, a beautiful red colour which actually looks just like I've had fresh gels applied to my nails. I've posted some photos of my nails on my recent lifestyle post if you want to see the colour. I'll be doing a full review of this soon as if my predictions are correct, gel effect polishes are probably going to take over the world pretty soon.
Becca Radiant Skin Satin Finish Foundation - This is something which will be fully reviewed soon too, I've recently been wearing it loads and it really is an incredible foundation. I decided to try it after hearing that this is the foundation that Mollie King wears. I am a huge Mollie King fan (fan girl moment) and was dying to find out what make up she wears so when I heard that she loves this I was a little bit excited. Back to the foundation, I was surprised when I put it on as for some reason I thought it would be quite sheer, to my delight, it's a medium-buildable coverage and the colour is so so beautiful. I don't need to wear highlighter with this either as it has such a gorgeous satin finish to it but it doesn't make you look too shiny/sweaty. I have a cheeky feeling that this is going to be in my November make up bag - watch this space.
Beauty Courses - I've been speaking to Hotcourses recently and they've told me all about their beauty courses within the UK and London area designed for the newbie’s and professionals alike. I'm really wanting to book onto a beauty course and have wanted to for quite some time now (cough so that I can do my make up more like Mollie King). No, simply because I feel like I would benefit from being trained professionally in beauty, plus I’d be able to make myself look a bit more attractive at least haha. After checking them out, I can see that they do host some great beauty courses around London and the rest of the UK which I am hopefully going to be telling you more about in the future.
