Many retailers begin early with pre-Black Friday offers or temporary drops.
Stock is limited: best sizes, colours, styles go fast.
Some deals extend into Cyber Monday (Monday 1 December 2025) but many finish or transition.

H&M’s Black Friday plans are in line with typical high-street strategy: according to insider and community predictions, early access is likely for H&M Members around 26th November, followed by full access around Thanksgiving / Black Friday itself. A real favourite with so much to choose for so many. They have a dedicated Black Friday page live already. H&M Reports suggest discounting up to ~70% off in certain sale zones.
Focus picks: Coats, cashmere blends, boots, everyday wardrobe refreshers like super warm and toasty Scarves.

I honestly don't think there is a better present to buy than this beautiful heart necklace from one of my favourite jewellers of all time. GymShark
Gymshark has gone big this year, promising up to 50% off site-wide when its Black Friday + Cyber Monday event launches on 16th November (4pm GMT). They’re encouraging customers to download the Gymshark app early so you can build your basket in advance, and their FAQs highlight strong deals across everything from leggings and sports bras to gym bags and loungewear. There’s also an extended returns window: orders placed between 1st Nov and 1st Jan can be returned until the end of January, making it a smarter time to buy.

Sweaty Betty’s Black Friday 2025 preview describes a full-throttle event women’s performance leggings, mid-layers, and sports bras are front and centre. They’re encouraging shoppers to sign up for their emails or app notifications, especially if you want early access through their Insider programme. According to their sale calendar, they’re expecting up to 60% off select styles.
