Wishlists are just my favourite posts so when John Lewis asked me to create a Christmas wishlist I could hardly resist, I seem to spend half of my life lusting over things and creating wishlists and today is no different. It's my birthday on the 22nd December so I decided that I'd make this a joint birthday and Christmas wishlist. It was pretty hard to choose because I honestly didn't realise just how much stuff John Lewis sells (they honestly sell everything)...
1 - Whistles Coat - Everytime I go to Whistles I see this beautiful coat and nearly collapse because I am so in love with it. I'm keeping an eye on it and hoping and praying that it will go into the sale after Christmas. It's £275 which for Whistles, isn't that bad, but considering I've already spent over £200 on a coat recently, I think it's time to start saving.
2 - Diptyque Candles - This seems to be out of stock so I've linked to the closest thing, I absolutely love this little gift set from Diptyque. I need some gorgeous new black and white candles in my life, particularly because I'm in the midst of redecorating my bedroom and these would just be the perfect finishing touch.
3 - Charbonnel et Walker Pink Champagne Truffles - Someone bought my Mum these years ago and they were absolutely delicious, I personally just like the fact that they're pink. Oops.
4 - Mulberry Scarf - I'd love a Mulberry logo'd scarf if money was no object. I think this one is absolutely gorgeous, so simple. I was inspired when I saw the John Lewis November Fashion Edit have a look if you haven't already.
5 - Barbour Jacket - I already have a Barbour jacket but it's just a standard quilted one in dark pink, I don't know why I ever thought that it would look good because it really doesn't. As I'm getting older, I would like more of a country style Barbour Jacket, John Lewis sell a good range of Barbour.
6 - Maxmara Dress - I came across Maxmara on the John Lewis website as to make this wishlist I got a bit carried away and literally searched the whole site. Whilst Maxmara isn't a brand i'd usually go for, I think it's more something that my Mum would like, this little relaxed, knitted dress did catch my eye.
7 - Aspinal Make Up Bag - If you read my blog a lot, you'll know that I am obsessed with Aspinal (not that I own anything from there yet, but watch this space) and whilst browsing for purses, I happened to fall in love with one of their leather make up bags too, oopsy daisy. It's just a little bit pricey for a make up bag (£110) so again, I will hold my tongue and wait until the sales.
8 - Aspinal Purse - I am desperate for a new purse for my birthday as my purse is completely falling to pieces. I originally wanted a Mulberry purse but I feel like everyone has them and I've kind of gone off them, instead, I'm loving Aspinal purses, the one on the photo above is just perfect, it's simple, big, and beautiful. It's £145.00 which is actually cheap in comparison to my dream YSL purse.
9 - Dior Eye Make Up Gift Set - I'm always on the look out for designer beauty gifts over Christmas as they're just so well priced, I then stumbled upon this gorgeous Dior Eye Make up set, for only £20.00, you can't really go wrong!
10 - Aspinal Key Ring - Oh Aspinal, again. I love this London inspired black cab key ring, I do need a nice new keyring too and this would just look beautiful with my keys. This is top of my Christmas list.
11 - Joules Jacket/Bed Set - John Lewis even sells Joules! For some reason I forgot to put a number next to the Joules Jacket but whilst looking for a nice new quilted jacket, I came across some from Joules which are really nice and much cheaper than Barbour. Then I came across this tweed little fur blazer style jacket which I actually really like. If you're wondering why there's a bedcover, I am desperately looking for bedroom inspiration at the moment as I am redoing my bedroom, I stumbled across these gorgeous bedsets from Joules and now I'm in love with the nautical feel.
12 - Whistles Jumper - I love jumpers over the festive period, mostly though, I am in love with a couple of Barbour and Whistles jumpers which I've seen on John Lewis.
13 - Mulberry Gloves - I would love some new gloves, my hands always get so cold, as well as being in love with a pair of UGG gloves, I also fell pretty hard for these Mulberry gloves - how beautiful. For some strange reason, I can no longer find them on the website though!
14 - YSL Opium Gift Set - Again, whilst looking for some exciting beauty sets, I came across this. I don't actually know what Opium smells like, but I love the make up bag which comes with this set and for that reason alone, I would love it in my life. Is that wrong?
So there we have it, I would love the whole of John Lewis.
