Yeah, obviously like i said im not an expert, but i have studied sport and what i meant was, more reps, lower weight is for toning so yeah you're right, sorry if i didnt get that across properly. Wow y...OH GOOD GOD THEM ABS GURLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!<br />Wow you are now my fitspo, seriously, like oh mah gawd!<br /><br />My abs have someeee tone and some definition but my god not anywhere near yours and I now want more haha!<br />I currently work out 5/6 days a week, doing a mixture of classes (10 a week) like spinning, body pump, body combat, yoga, mma, core conditioning, body tone, pilates, OWT, and I run 5k in my local park twice a week.
