When I lived in Canada, my favourite hobby was a Sunday morning trip to the local market. I’d get up super early and make the long walk to the market, excited to fill my little basket with as many delicious, bright, tasty fruits and veggies as possible; all organic. It seems that in Canada, everything is organic, fresh and delicious and I absolutely took advantage of that, doing all my weekly shops at the market. Or, organic things were just easier to find there. It excited me then when Avalon got in touch and challenged me to live organic for 7 days. Let’s see how I got on.

Hey guys, hope you're well! Sorry for the slight delay in this post, it was meant to go live this weekend but jetlag has seriously hit me! I'm so excited to be writing my second Maldives post today, I've decided to break my Maldives trip up into a number of different posts and videos so you guys can really explore each Maldives resort with me and then, if you are thinking of booking a trip to the Maldives, hopefully this will help you choose the best hotel. Don't forget to read my Velassaru Maldives post and watch my Maldives videos here to stay up to date! Today, long awaited, I'm writing about one of the most incredible hotels I've ever stayed in, a serious accolade coming from me as I'm a *little* bit of a hotel snob. I'm far too excited, grab a cup of coffee and get ready to meet paradise as I introduce you to my new love, Kandolhu.

Today I wanted to blog about my top tips for time management. I'll have to admit, I used to be the absolute worst at managing myself and my time, forever losing things, feeling disorganised and just really not with it because I had so much going on. I am the queen of taking too much on, doing too much and cramming everything in when I don't really have the time. In the last year or so, I'd like to think I've managed my stress levels a lot more by actually working on managing my time and learning how to juggle everything. Let's discuss!

When two of my favourite forces collided, I jumped with excitement. You've probably heard about it, but if not, here goes; Tommy Hilfiger and Gigi Hadid have collaborated on a collection. The ultimate brand and the ultimate girl boss, how couldn't I be excited? When I lived in Canada, I became obsessed, head over heels in love with Tommy and we all know by now just how in love I am with Gigi too; my style, face and hair inspo. How could I not put together a wishlist of my top Tommy x Gigi pieces? I think my Autumn wardrobe is sorted. Read on!

I've always wanted to visit the Maldives, for as long as I can remember. As someone who enjoys travel a little bit too much, I can't believe it's taken me this long to get myself there. For me, the hardest bit about travel actually is finding someone with no commitments or a lot of holiday time, to come along with me. I'm not really a fan of travelling alone as I like sharing those moments with someone. If it was up to me, I'd travel every single day, maybe I need to marry someone who feels the same way. It's time to start my Maldives series, I'm going to be breaking this up into nice little bite sized chunks and then I'll do a post at the end of the series with top tips of where to stay in the Maldives and why. I learnt a lot in the Maldives about what to do and what not to do, for example, some Maldives holidays can be very relaxing whilst some are just draining with all the travelling. It's an expensive trip so I want to make sure I'm thorough with these posts, ensuring that if you do go, you only end up at the best places. Let's start with Velassaru, a very good place to start, that's for sure.

Hey guys, so today, we're talking about little changes I've made recently to my diet and my workouts in order to mix things up a little bit. I promised this ages ago so it's been a long time coming but I always like to do things for a while before writing about them. I told you guys a while back that I went for a chat with a nutritionist and also, have been working with a personal trainer at my new gym, David Lloyd (which is the best gym I've ever been to by the way!) so I guess I wanted to share a few things I've learnt with you and show you how I've mixed things up. I don't like the idea of a 'Summer fitness hype' the 'hype' is still real and my love for keeping fit, getting strong and keeping myself healthy wont end just because Summer has, rain or shine, I like to nourish my body and look after it, yes okay, cold weather tends to make me opt for a few more naughty options but my mantra is still the same: 80/20, balance is key. It's time to re-evaluate, set myself some new goals and continue to work hard maintaining my health and fitness and I'd like you to join me! At the end, you can see an up to date, taken two days ago, photo of my body after making all these changes!

Hey guys! So hopefully you've been watching my fitness videos and are up to date, if not, you can watch them here! Today, I wanted to talk about what's in my gym bag and talk you through the beauty products I grab before heading to the gym. Personally, I hate going to the gym with a full face of make up as I feel like it sweats into my pores so on good skin days, I'm all about no make up, particularly if I'm in a spin class! However, somedays, I do wear make up to the gym so I'm going to talk you through my top make up products to wear to the gym and also give you a little look inside my gym bag. I go to David Lloyd which is an epic gym, I'd say it's more of a leisure centre than gym, with a country club feel so I always ram my gym bag full and get ready there after too. It's the perfect post-work out pamper and these products certainly help!

Every time Leeds festival comes back around, it brings back amazing memories. Since the age of around 14, I've been enjoying Leeds festival with my friends. This year, I was toying with the idea of flying somewhere exotic for the bank holiday weekend but no matter where I am in the world, I always miss Leeds festival when August bank holiday comes around. Lucky for me, Zalando invited Matt and I this year and we were super excited!

Oh hey guys! Today we're talking about one of my favourite topics, interior design! Interior design is something I am obsessed with, many thanks to Pinterest and as I'm getting 'older' and looking for houses, I'm hoping to start doing homeware hauls and a few more grown up things (give me all the rose gold ornaments). Now, I'm not sure if I've ever mentioned this but when I was younger, I dreamt of being an interior designer. It's all I wanted to do, as well as being a pop star, obviously. If you're anything like me and you love Pinterest, you'll have planned your whole house by now, I know I have, and my wedding. It's dangerously addictive but it's quite hard to implement that into every day life. I have all of these dreams for my bedroom but haven't actually done anything about it yet. I was invited to speak to a top interior designer last week in collaboration with the Affordable Art Fair, which is coming to Bristol on the 9th-11th September and show them my bedroom to see what they recommend to quickly and easily mix it up a bit! Obviously, I'm in the Maldives at the moment (you'll know that if you've been following along on Snapchat/Instagram - emshelx), so unfortunately I can't attend, instead, they helped me virtually and actually, because I can't attend, they've kindly given me tickets to give to my readers, just leave a comment with your email below to be in with a chance of winning! I can't wait to discuss this with you!

Hey guys! So if you caught my August favourites video you'll know that I discussed a fair few things I have been loving recently. I wanted to translate this into a blog post but also add a few more favourite items to it. Rather than calling it a monthly favourites, I've decided to call it top products you need to buy, because honestly, these are brilliant products. I try new things on a daily basis and I find it so difficult to choose just a few favourites per month. If I write a favourites post and feature something, know that these really are the best of the best and the things I've genuinely been adoring. I'm excited to share this with you!

I've lived in a happy bubble for quite some time now, where people are nice and I cut out those who aren't. It was through choice that I chose to live this way, because trust me, it's easy to get dragged down with negativity and become a doormat. I made a decision quite some time ago to eliminate unsupportive people from my life, even if that meant having practically no friends at all. The saying is true: If someone no longer grows you, you don't really need them. I think it's really important to surround yourself with people who make you feel great, inspire you and do good to you. We get one life, that life is for living, why waste it? Trust me, I'm saying this after years of wasting time on particularly horrible groups of friends and men too or should I say, boys. Sometimes it's easier to get stepped all over than it is to stand up, take control and leave, I totally get that but as far as I'm concerned, life shouldn't be just 'okay' or 'mediocre' - it should be amazing and if someone ever makes you feel less than amazing, they don't deserve to be in your life. It took my family over 20 years to remove themselves from a volatile, dangerously abusive relationship. These things take courage. Granted, it isn't easy to cut people out, but, I've come to the stage in my life where if someone isn't nice to me, doesn't support me then I'd rather use my energy on those who do. It is 2016 after all, the year of supporting each other. If you read my friendship post, you'll know that I'm all for supporting others and growing together. Something happened last week and it made me want to have a little personal ramble about some of these topics. I hope you enjoy another personal post from me today.
