Hey hey hey! Hope you're all doing very well today on this lovely Sunday. Last week I spent the most amazing weekend in Edinburgh and I wanted to talk to you about what we got up to and generally talk about how to spend a weekend in Edinburgh/how we spent our weekend in Edinburgh! In true me style, there was a lot of eating. Any excuse to take you guys along with me! Let's discuss...

Hello hello! So earlier today, I asked you guys on Twitter (@emshelx, come say hey!) what topic I should write about and this is the one most of you asked for/I fancied writing about! If you ever come up with anything you'd like me to write about, please leave me a comment and let me know as it is so helpful! So today, I want to talk about body confidence. Being body confident is easier said than done, with social media, magazines and I guess, the world telling us how we should look. It can actually be quite upsetting, even though I eat well and work out a lot, I am guilty of social media stalking until the point where I feel uncomfortable in my own body. I say to myself: I wish I looked more like her and I actually have to shut down Instagram to stop me feeling that way. So today, we're gonna unpick that, talk about it and kick it in the butt.

When the opportunity for a romantic weekend in the UK comes up, well, a romantic weekend anywhere, I can never resist. As much as I adore travelling, I also adore the UK. I work in London all the time but actually, love nothing more than playing tourist in the city on weekends and exploring a little bit more. Recently, I did just that thanks to NESCAFE Azera Coffee To Go. I really hope you'll enjoy reading about this one as it'd honestly one of the best weekends I've had in a long time!

Hello hello hello! Another beachy post from me today but blended with some incredible new beauty bits! I love travelling and I love beauty products so it was only natural I'd get super excited to write this. I love nothing more than talking to you about my favourite products, products I genuinely use and love which is why I decided to take my camera and actually photograph what I'm using whilst I'm away! As most of you know if you follow me on social media, I recently headed off to Spain, prepped and ready to go. I wanted to share with you a few more of my holiday/beachy essentials and a particular special little tool, perfect for smooth summer legs, courtesy of Wilkinson Sword. I've done a lot recently about smooth holiday skin, getting that holiday glow and holiday essential items but hey, if you can't write about it in summer, when can you? It's definitely my favourite topic. I feel fortunate that I am able to travel so much so am always on the lookout for the best new products to take with me, then I can share them with you guys! Let's see what made it onto this trip with me and talk about my new favourite tool!

Hello hello! So today I wanted to write a blog post about my favourite floral/fruity products! I was inspired to write this by the beautiful weather at the moment (thank you England!) but also, by these beautiful flowers. I'm giving away a 6 month supply of luxurious flowers to one lucky reader so make sure you keep reading to see how you can win. I chose peonies and roses, my favourites and these are easily the most beautiful flowers I've seen. I think flowers are so special, nothing makes me happier than receiving them so I'm excited to be giving you the chance to get some delivered to your door every single month (I'm also crazy jealous!). Read on to find out how to win, also, keep reading to find out more about some pretty beautiful floral products!

Hello hello! I promise this is the final graduation post (unless you guys want some more!) as I realise the last post I wrote was about university but whilst I'm in the zone, I wanted to quickly talk to you about my graduation outfit! I wanted to give the outfit a full post because I honestly had nothing to wear for so long and graduation dress panic seriously happened. I also thought it would be nice to take you guys on this journey with me as you've all been there from the start and supported me. Let's discuss!

Hello hello, now graduation is over, I thought it would be the perfect time to do a blog post about things university taught me. I honestly didn't think I'd get through the long four years at university, I had so many positive experiences, some negative but mainly, positive. University is a huge life-step, it changed me as a person, I met life-changing people and because of it, I had life changing experiences. You're told to go to university and to be honest, I had no idea what I wanted to do when I applied, I just knew I wanted to go. Final year was the hardest struggle of all, but I somehow, am now a graduate from The University Of Leeds and will forever feel proud that I stuck with it, even with family difficulties and whilst juggling two full time businesses. Before I start, I'd just like to say, The University Of Leeds is phenomenal, incredibly supportive and the campus will always feel like home to me. I am so happy I chose to go to Leeds. It was tough and there were times I honestly thought I'd need to drop out, but eventually, I did it, whilst juggling everything and almost breaking down a few times. If I can do it with everything that was going on, you definitely can! So, let's talk about a few things university taught me! Whether you're applying for university, about to go, or have graduated, hopefully you'll like this post and can relate.

Hello hello! Today I have some exciting news. As most of you know, I adore fitness and well-being. Eating well and moving more is my favourite thing. I love nourishing my body and watching it grow, stronger. I was once told that it's a mind over matter thing with exercise, our bodies can do amazing things but our mind puts in a mental block sometimes. I've always loved exercise and have worked out since I was young, from athletics, to gymnastics, to swimming, I really have tried my hand at them all. When I turned 16, I got my first gym membership and fell in love with the adrenaline of running. I know so many people don't like gyms or don't like exercise which is why I try to write lots of fitness motivation posts, showing you how to fall in love with exercise and how to make it part of your lifestyle. One of the things I'm asked most is what I actually do at the gym/to work out. I am so happy to announce that over the next few months I'll be partnering with the beautiful sports brand, Pink Soda Sports which is exclusive to JD Sports, to bring you some fitness videos and posts, revealing everything I do at the gym and at home to work out. I am so excited to finally have the time to do some more fitness stuff for you guys and I hope you'll enjoy working out with me eek!

Oh hey foodie post, it's been a little while! Give me the excuse to dress up, eat yummy food and catch up with my favourite one and I'm a happy girl. You guys know by now that date night is my favourite night of all (I make sure we have date night at least once a week!) I think date nights are so important as they keep the spark alive and also, give me an excuse to dress up. Today I'm talking about something very exciting on the food scene, let's discuss!

When I was invited to a festival on a private island to celebrate the launch of Charli XCX’s fragrance collaboration Limited Edition Impulse Why Not?, I could hardly say no. You guys know just how much I love exploring, new adventures and obviously, great smells so this was totally for me. I cannot wait to tell you what happened when Impulse whisked us away to Impulse Island last week!

Recently, whilst in London, I stumbled upon a pretty heavenly little store. Now, if you follow me on any form of social media, you'll know that I adore sweet things on cheat days (read my blog post about the 80/20 rule if you're wanting to find out more) so naturally, I had to step inside this sweet little store. Strangely, Magnums for me bring back memories. Really happy memories. As a child, my Dad would go to the shop on a Sunday evening and 'treat us' to a Magnum. It was a real Sunday treat and I guess, something I've grown up with. I've always been drawn to them, chocolate and ice cream obvs, what isn't to love. So now, come make one with me (you can head over and make your own too!!!) Warning, food porn.

I'm not a jean kinda girl, I've only ever really fallen in love with one type of jeans in my life, Topshop jeans. You can see my favourite ones here. I think that's crazy because I've worn a lot of high end jeans and just never really fallen for them. Take All Saints jeans for example, they'd stretch and rip on me. Topshop? They always last and actually hug my figure in the right places. In Summer, I particularly dislike jeans but with the rubbish UK weather at the moment, I've been wearing them a lot more. Luckily for me, I finally found a decent pair of higher-end jeans the other day and I wanted to share them with you today, oh and my new top and jacket which I love.

Hello hello! So today I wanted to give you an updated skincare routine yay. Things have been so travel heavy recently (which is totally fine) but there are so many amazing new beauty bits I need to talk to you about. I'm hoping you've watched my skincare routine video, if not, fear not, you can watch it below. If you read my blog post about how I got rid of my underskin spots, you'll be pretty up to date with my skincare routine but, I've added a few things to it that I wanted to talk to you about. This isn't just about facial skin either, we're talking smooth legs too so you can have smooth, soft skin this Summer!
