How to get a beach body and beach body work out and eating tips

If you're a regular reader you may remember a fitness post that I did a while ago, it got so many page views and I got some lovely messages from my readers about it, many people have asked me to do another one so I thought now is the right time; it's still 'Summer' and we are still wanting to get out our legs the minute the sun shines but also *cringe* Christmas is around the corner, why not get a great body now so that we can really enjoy  the festivities? Seeing these amazing celebrities in magazines and all over the tv every day probably make most of you sick with envy, but for me, I find that they push me to want to look like them. I use these incredible girls as my goals and targets.Have a look at the kind of bodies you aim for and keep those images in your head as motivation when you go to the gym, go for a walk or go for a run. Of course, make sure that they are realistic, instead of the overly airbrushed and quite frankly impossible figures that are plastered in glossy magazines. This should be personal to you, find a celebrity/person who's body you think is perfect and use this as your motivation. When you've got just 5 minutes left on the treadmill, your stomach is clenching and you're short of breath, it's this motivation that will pull you through. Above and below are my the two bodies that I inspire to have, Georgia Salpa and Lucy Meck. I genuinley think these girls have perfect figures, none of it is fake, they're not too skinny eityher they're nice and curvy but still slim. Of course, everyone has different preferences for body types but this is what I am to get my body like. Below I will outline my work out routine that I will be doing to get in top shape for the end of Summer.

It's a gym thing...
So, a lot of people ask me what I do at the gym. I have been going to the gym for years, but i'm not very good at keeping up with it and sometimes I go 2-3 times a week whereas other times I can only fit in going once. I am not saying I am perfect (far from it,I have a long way to go as far as toning is concerned), but this week I have put myself through my paces, and I will continue to do this for the next month to see the differences, I also want to show you that weight loss/toning up can be quick and efficient. So if you've booked a last minute holiday... or urm forgot to do a beach work out. This should help. I wore my amazing Zaggora hot pants throughout, as they boast intensifying the work out by 4x. Let's see how I got on. If you haven't heard of these, lucky for you I am giving away 3 pairs. But the main thing is they're bright and bursting with energy AND burn more fat when you wear them, they're miracle's in the form of running trousers. The minute I pulled these tight running trousers onto my horrible legs, I felt energised and motivated. It makes going to the gym pretty and going on a run fun. They're fashionable and comfy, why didn't I buy a pair of these before?  They use 'Celu-lite' technology which heats your body to promote the deeper warming of tissue and breakdown of fat cells. It's been proven that women who wear the hot pants experience weight loss at a magnitude around 4x greater than in standard garments during just 30minutes of exercise. They also increase energy expenditure by 7% and 26% in the hour after exercise, so in the long run you achieve better results. Basically, they work with your body heat to make you sweat more and many tests have shown that they intensify your work out by 4x, therefore, burning more calories. The great thing about these is you can wear them anytime. If you're doing the gardening you can burn up to 250 calories wearing these, you can do the housework in them or even go to work in them (wear them under your dress).
The possibilities are endless and they're aware of this, so have created a nude version to be worn wherever and whenever. You may as well get maximum impact out of them. If you don't want to stand out, buy them in a navy colour and no one will know that you're burning more fat than them.

What do I do at the gym? Okay, the gym is horrible and when I ask people to come to the gym with me, they seem to word vomit about how much they hate that dreaded place, but if you put it into your mind set that the gym actually helps you out, you can begin to love it, see the gym as a positive haven for body perfection. Getting fit is all about your mental attitude, tell yourself when you're running that you can do it and you will do it. You've got to learn to love the gym. There is no point going to the gym without an MP3 player though, that's my golden rule. I've forgotten to take my ipod before and I can honestly say, it's unsuccessful. I just don't push myself as much as I do when I block the whole world out by just concentrating on my music and fitness. I even find, going with friends is unsuccessful. When I take my ipod, I put 'genuis' on, it creates me my own playlist, I always put RNB on because it has a really good beat to it. There is no point listening to Adele, or Ed Sheeran, soft music doesn't get your adrenaline pumping. I'll be nearly dying after sprinting for 5 minutes but then the beat of a song kicks in and my body some how, manages to pull through. Something that always motivates me for a good work out is sorting out my ipod before my workout, I always find myself downloading energising songs and make myself a playlist, then i'm rearing and ready to go. My favourite work out artists at the moment are Nikki Minaj, Drake and Chris Brown. The reason I don't recommend going to the gym with a friend is because once they stop, you feel inclined to stop, also, you can't really listen to music as they're always talking to you, therefore your waste your energy and breath talking, which can give you a stitch as you ruin your breathing pattern when exhaling. Okay, it's good because you don't feel like everyone is staring at you and labelling you a loner, but once you go by yourself once, put your headphones in and get on with it, you'oll never look back.

At the gym I always start on the treadmill. There is no point going to the gym and running at the same speed and intensity every time, even if you just run an extra minute every time, it will increase your fitness levels. I run on the treadmill on a slight incline at speed 11.5km/h I can only stomach this for about fifteen minutes, however, sometimes I start at 10Km/h and then run two minutes on each speed and keep putting the speed up gradually. Interval training has been proven to be better for weight loss than any other kind of running. What is interval training? You run for say 2 minutes on a sprint speed and then slow, then you run again, then you slow. Your body can keep going for longer, thus, burning more fat. I never bother putting any settings onto the treadmill, i'd rather just set my own speed. When I go to the gym I always make sure I run for at least 20 minutes, if I can (it depends how intense my run has been), I will do 30 minutes, but if not, I always end my run with a jog on a high incline, this means a super large hill. It is better running on an incline because if you were running outside, you'd never run on a completely flat surface. After my run, I always go onto the 'girlie' weight machines, I do leg pushes on a small rep (15kg) , the lower the weight but the more reps, just means it tones your body more. After this, I go onto the matt and do sit ups whilst I catch my breath back from the run. I usually do about 100 but I take it slowly and it does hurt, I use those metal bar machine things which you lay on and pull up, I just use them to do crunches.

After I have got my breath back remember, the quicker your recovery time means that you are fitter, so aim to try recover quicker, you'll see a change in your recovery rate. I then go on the crosstrainer for another 20 minutes and then my work out is done. If I walk out of the gym feeling like I could have done more, I know I haven't worked myself hard enough. It is very intense and each time I put the speed up or force myself to do another minute. In a work out, the only thing stopping you from doing well is yourself, I always mentally push my self in my head when i'm on a treadmill. I always say; just one more minute. Of course, if you feel sick though you have to stop, manyatimes i've thrown up after getting off the treadmill as I have pushed myself far too hard and this is a bad thing of course. I know people don't like running, but you have to do it i'm afraid, it tones your whole body.

What can I do at home?! The Wii fit returns; wear your hot pants to make that yoga work out more than just light exercise. Yoga tones your core muscles, which in turn, leads to a more toned physique. Also you can do squats against your wall, simply stand up straight against any wall, then slide down the wall so that it looks that you are sat on a chair and then open your legs, hold that stance for as long as you want. It really tones your thighs which is just what I need! I like to do a yoga workout on my wii and then do that afterwards to really tone my legs!Running outdoors. Recently, i've been running out doors and I have to say, I prefer it. You can't beat the air hitting your face when you run, I've been running in my Zaggoras and they really do feel like i'm doing triple the work out! I literally love the colour and the fit AND the way that they make me want to do sport!

FOOD. I LOVE you. Of course food is a large part in shaping your body. Eat healthy for one week and you will feel the difference in not only your body, but your skin and hair. You are what you eat is a true statement. However, I literally do eat whatveer I want, as long as you do excercise (I do it about 2-3 times a week) you will be fine, to be honest I feel the crappest after i've had a take away, so just try to eat healthy for a week and you will feel the difference and continue to eat that way. My favourite healthy snacks are stir frys, fahjitas, chicken sald with chorizo, potatos and chicken, bruschetta with vine ripe tomatoes, basil and parmasan cheese and then the obvious, jacket potatoes.

So, i've told you my Zaggora story but now I want to hear yours. Zaggora hot pants really do energise your life and lucky for my amazing readers, I have THREE pairs to give away! Enter below :) a Rafflecopter giveaway
