So, a lot of people ask me what I do at the gym. I have been going to the gym for years, but i'm not very good at keeping up with it and sometimes I go 2-3 times a week whereas other times I can only fit in going once. I am not saying I am perfect (far from it,I have a long way to go as far as toning is concerned), but this week I have put myself through my paces, and I will continue to do this for the next month to see the differences, I also want to show you that weight loss/toning up can be quick and efficient. So if you've booked a last minute holiday... or urm forgot to do a beach work out. This should help. I wore my amazing Zaggora hot pants throughout, as they boast intensifying the work out by 4x. Let's see how I got on. If you haven't heard of these, lucky for you I am giving away 3 pairs. But the main thing is they're bright and bursting with energy AND burn more fat when you wear them, they're miracle's in the form of running trousers. The minute I pulled these tight running trousers onto my horrible legs, I felt energised and motivated. It makes going to the gym pretty and going on a run fun. They're fashionable and comfy, why didn't I buy a pair of these before? They use 'Celu-lite' technology which heats your body to promote the deeper warming of tissue and breakdown of fat cells. It's been proven that women who wear the hot pants experience weight loss at a magnitude around 4x greater than in standard garments during just 30minutes of exercise. They also increase energy expenditure by 7% and 26% in the hour after exercise, so in the long run you achieve better results. Basically, they work with your body heat to make you sweat more and many tests have shown that they intensify your work out by 4x, therefore, burning more calories. The great thing about these is you can wear them anytime. If you're doing the gardening you can burn up to 250 calories wearing these, you can do the housework in them or even go to work in them (wear them under your dress).
The possibilities are endless and they're aware of this, so have created a nude version to be worn wherever and whenever. You may as well get maximum impact out of them. If you don't want to stand out, buy them in a navy colour and no one will know that you're burning more fat than them.
What can I do at home?! The Wii fit returns; wear your hot pants to make that yoga work out more than just light exercise. Yoga tones your core muscles, which in turn, leads to a more toned physique. Also you can do squats against your wall, simply stand up straight against any wall, then slide down the wall so that it looks that you are sat on a chair and then open your legs, hold that stance for as long as you want. It really tones your thighs which is just what I need! I like to do a yoga workout on my wii and then do that afterwards to really tone my legs!Running outdoors. Recently, i've been running out doors and I have to say, I prefer it. You can't beat the air hitting your face when you run, I've been running in my Zaggoras and they really do feel like i'm doing triple the work out! I literally love the colour and the fit AND the way that they make me want to do sport!
FOOD. I LOVE you. Of course food is a large part in shaping your body. Eat healthy for one week and you will feel the difference in not only your body, but your skin and hair. You are what you eat is a true statement. However, I literally do eat whatveer I want, as long as you do excercise (I do it about 2-3 times a week) you will be fine, to be honest I feel the crappest after i've had a take away, so just try to eat healthy for a week and you will feel the difference and continue to eat that way. My favourite healthy snacks are stir frys, fahjitas, chicken sald with chorizo, potatos and chicken, bruschetta with vine ripe tomatoes, basil and parmasan cheese and then the obvious, jacket potatoes.
